Store Policy
All oils and drinks are HAND MADE in small Fresh batches and with a lot of love and that does take time.
Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes Holidays/Weekends. All orders will be shipped out Friday only.
Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours. Any exceptions will incur a 25% fee to process, no exceptions. No cancellations will be made after an item has shipped. No exceptions.
Refunds * (If applicable)
We currently don't accept any returns on any items unless the product is defective.
Exchanged *(If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange if for the same item, send us an email at flowoflife4@gmail.com
